What is coaching versus therapy?

Great question! In short,  therapy looks back, coaching looks forward.

Therapy helps you heal past challenges, often with clinical training. Coaching is about the present and future—clarity, action, and possibility.

How long does the process take?

It really depends on your goals. Before we decide to work together, I like to sit down and explore what our partnership could look like. Most people start with my 90‑day accelerator—it’s a focused way to see results quickly. From there, the timeline depends on your goals, where you’re starting, and the support you need. Some choose to continue beyond the accelerator to keep building momentum.

How do we work together?

We’ll start with an orientation and goal‑setting session (virtually or in person if you’re nearby). I want to be clear about what you’re hoping to get out of this, so we can focus on what matters most to you. Along the way, I’ll check in to make sure we’re on track and adjust as needed.

What makes your approach unique?

Safe space, clear vision, bold momentum. I’ve been told I create spaces where it feels safe and easy to surface what’s underneath, so clients can truly process their thinking. I’m also skilled at helping build momentum by turning insights into action that moves people closer to what they want. Through my H.A.A.S.
