I am a Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and believer in purpose as the heartbeat of authentic leadership.

For years, I thrived in healthcare industry.  I was an ambitious, successful, and deeply committed to making a difference. I loved many aspects of what I did. But beneath the accolades and achievement, something wasn’t quite right. There was a quiet knowing, a sense that something essential was missing.
 
So I made a bold move. I left the career I had built to explore what fulfillment truly meant. That journey led me to the transformative world of leadership development and coaching.
 
Today, I guide emerging and mid-level leaders through the same kind of courageous inquiry. My work is about helping people reconnect with themselves, align their values with their work, and uncover the patterns that keep them stuck. Together, we identify the shifts that lead to clarity, confidence, and impact.
 
Because when leaders lead from alignment, they don’t just perform, they also inspire. They create cultures where people thrive, collaborate, and achieve meaningful results.

My coaching is grounded in deep listening, presence, and strategic clarity. I use the H.A.A.S. Method  (Hear, Assess, Align, Shine) to help clients think about their thinking, tap into their inner power, and lead with intention.

Hear: Listen to your inner voice. Define your vision and create your compass.

Assess: Identify what’s out of alignment and what’s getting in your way.

Align: Choose actions that reflect your purpose and move you closer to your vision.

Shine: Redefine success on your terms. Live with authenticity, joy, and confidence that inspires others.

My Core Values

 I believe truth is both transcendent and tangible— a spiritual reality that guides sincere action, character, and words. It calls for integrity in how we live and how we lead. Truth is not just a principle, but a pursuit: relentless, courageous, and clarifying. It invites us to align with what is real, even when it’s uncomfortable, and to speak and act from that place with humility and conviction.

Courage means showing up as yourself, fully and unapologetically. It’s doing what’s right, even when it’s uncomfortable, and speaking truth to power when the status quo no longer serves. I believe courage is a daily practice to engage fully and authentically with those around us.
